Anyone got an offer from SEO yet? What school are you from, what program were you accepted to, and what company will you be working at (if they've informed you as yet)?

they kept asking me why i deserve this job more than a white man and i didn't know what to say.
are you serious?
yeah they kept telling me that i was genetically inferior and that i probably wouldn't be fit for this line of work.
I'd like to know if SEO has an SAT cut-off
I had my interview almost a month ago now, and I still haven't heard back from them. I hope that doesn't mean my candidacy is over.

I was accepted into IB program a while back and know some folks inside and I have never heard of Jett as an SEO partener--I was accepted into AM program last year and they were not a partner firm then as far as I know-- Also I was told of my offer in late Nov/early dec. the offer letter didn't come until 3 weeks later and placement doesn't come until early spring time. Not to say that patekphilippe is not telling the truth but he/she also claims in their profile to be making 5 million a year and be an MD at an unlisted firm... Also I know a lot of the recruiters and interviewers at the program and I have never heard of any questions that goes as far as saying that some one of color is inferior to other races-- especially being that they mostly all come from diverse ethnicities.
well, regardless of the world being a colorful and diverse place, they told me wall street is a white man's world. is this true? they said the only place i'd likely fit in is joseph jett's asset mgmt firm with the other "coloreds".
Well I don't necessarily think so..I think what u r looking for me to concede is that the majority of folks who work on W/S or have historically are white and in that sense you are correct, but I would say that W/S is not focused on being a place dominated by a single ethnic group or anything of that sort.. the only color that really matters is green right? Regardless if that means u have to hire a white, black , brown or Orange person so long as they get the job done.
To say that W/S is a white man's world could also be used to implicate that people's ethnic backgrounds will prevent them from being successful or just entering the street, such an idea couldn't be more incorrect. The only thing that will keep you from the job is not being qualified not race.. if you can deliver you will be successful and there are numerous hard working people from all ethnic backgrounds on the street to prove it.
