Should I intern at a top IB or Big 4?

Hello everyone! I am an accounting major at a small college and I accepted an offer from a major IB to intern in an accounting- related capacity but I also am anticipating an offer from a regional accounting firm which I really like as well. I also want to intern at a big 4 and applied (haven't heard anything yet). Totally was not expecting the offer from the IB and I am a bit intimidated since I'm only moderately aware of what to expect. The pay is amazing but my issue is whether I'll get a full time offer from them. The accounting firm has been straight up in telling me that they will offer their interns full time upon graduation and Big 4s obviously do that as well. Not so sure about the IB and that's what has been bothering me. Obviously, I don't want to end the internship and have nothing. The accounting firm internship starts in January but I haven't told them I accepted the offer with the IB. If your advice is to go ahead with the IB, then if I do get an offer from the regional accounting firm should I go for it through their busy season then leave for the IB? Should I ask the accounting firm if I can come back after the summer with the IB? If I get an offer from a big 4, should I go for it over the IB? If none of that happens, I am planning on going ahead with the IB, hope that they offer me a FT role, then work there for a couple years if I like it. If not, I'd look for Senior Accountant or Financial Analyst roles. Or do you know what options would I have if I wanted to leave? Thanks!

It was through an alumni connection. I specifically asked for next year's internship. Surprisingly, it is actually fairly common for Big 4 to offer internship a year in advance.
