Should I pay for coffee chats?
I feel like I’m stuck in a loop where I’m getting zero responses from cold emails or LinkedIn outreach. I’m wondering whether young professionals would be open to coffee chats if I offered to pay, say $30 for 15 minutes of their time.

It's the absolute peak of recruiting season, people get dozens of emails a day. Try and find people you have something in common with (high school, hometown, club/frat during college, same club sport... it doesn't take much)
