Should I re-connect with a headhunter, when I rejected an offer through him several years back?
Should I re-connect with a headhunter now that I am looking for a job? I had a couple offers 3 years ago and I ended up with going with the other one (where I'm right now) and rejected the offer I had gotten through this recruiter.
Will I be viewed as someone wasting their time? or do they think of me as a better candidate knowing that I landed several offers last time I was looking.
