sketchy academic background

My academic qualifications are sketchy at best ( full academic scholarship to a private California school which I later dropped, have bounced around other schools while working full time and getting married, currently finishing an econ degree at a Cali state school.)

Clearly BB's aren't an option but what are the chances that regionals will look at me in any capacity-
