Skipping current internship for another superday??

I'm currently in a sophomore BB SA program, but hoping to switch to a different BB next summer. I've secured a superday, however, it's during the week, so I would have to miss a few hours in the morning and come in late to my current internship.

How can I get away with this? What excuses are reasonable? I realize this is pretty bold, especially if I don't get the 2019 SA role and I might be making a bad impression at my current bank, but this is really something I want to do.

I would personally ask for a day or half day off to deal with something "personal". If it doesn't work get a dr appointment, since you are a girl getting a gyn appointment would work wonders; it is personal, health related and could be a basic check up ( your firm doesn't have to know).
