Soft Offer — Unsure How to Move Forward

Hello Monkeys, I have a soft offer to become a listing agent/manager for a stock exchange upon graduation in a few months. They currently have no openings, but, in their words, "I'm not allowed to accept any offers unless I talk to them first, and they will be reaching out if something comes up." This role may not sound interesting to most, but it aligns with my career goals of helping businesses get access to capital, and the culture sounds great. I've met the head manager and the person who would be my direct manager. We went for "coffee," and those chats lasted hours instead of the usual 30 minutes. We discussed during coffee how busy we all would be, and connected again in a few weeks. We did connect again, and I was shown some work examples and discussed the day-to-day. That was late last week (yes, I did send a follow-up thank you email). I obviously want to keep the rapport-building going, but without pestering them. I'm not really sure what to do at this point to see if they want to get more "coffee" in a week, or should I leave it alone for a while. What would be the most appropriate way to approach them to continue the conversation?

 Thanks, Monkeys.
