Hello! I am new to Wall Street, and received an offer for an S&T role at an MM Bank in NYC. The hourly salary is ~$55.00 (x1.5 OT) with a $2k signing bonus. How does this stack up to other SA roles, and is this based off of an annualized salary for a FT role? Any input would be greatly appreciated as I weigh this decision!
