Hello everyone,
I will be interning at an EBB in the summer of 2019. However, I plan to graduate fall 2019, rather than in the spring of 2020. I am wondering if it is at all possible to begin full time in spring 2020, rather than waiting for the June-July recruiting cycle. I do not want to wait so long before starting full time. How would I go about this?

It may be bank-specific, but I have heard of people graduating a semester early and starting their FT stint early - so it is possible to start early. Not sure how you would go about it though, my best recommendation is to reach out to HR after your internship and after the FT offers are handed out to see if that's a possibility for you.
