Struggling to get invites - advice?

Haven’t been having much luck getting invited to processes—only in two right now. I know most processes have already started, and a lot of spots are filling up. Been networking hard, sending tons of emails, and have solid technical prep, but still not seeing much traction.

For context, I’m a sophomore at a non-target, but I’ve had solid finance experience (PE/AM) and have been very focused on IB recruiting. Wondering if I should pivot my approach or if I just need to keep grinding.

Also, would appreciate any insights on which firms I should be targeting at this stage—especially ones that are still open or might be later in the cycle. Any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!

Partially joking, have some fun man.

"Didn't you literally post", obviously I did, and you know that because you looked lol. I also agree that's pretty low level, but at least it's not hardo. Intern and curious for a reason fam.
