Sucking at Interviews
Studied the technicals, understood all theories, practiced mock interviews and genuenly spent countless nights strudying in my tiny cramped apartment. And yet come interview time, I freeze up like a deer on the autobahn.
What can I do? Even more practice? More mock interviews?
I feel like I can teach a class on all of the BIWS content, and yet I still struggle to think of the answers on the spot.
Is there hope?
What's your specific problem? Are you socially awkward or just nervous? You could probably benefit from a lot of mock interviews.
You might be trying too hard to memorize all the answers as opposed to understanding the concept behind it. This is why you freeze up the moment the question is asked in a different way or in a pressurized setting
