I'm just wondering when it comes to super day, in general, what percentage of people get offers out of the people they interview. Say, 1 out of every 4, or more?

It varies. For a single data point: at my last superday, there were about 25 people there, but they only handed out offers on-the-spot to four of us. I'm not sure how many more offers were ex tended.

Just accepted an offer with a satellite office of an EB, similar size. Interviewed 4-5 for superday, will probably take 2-3

Post offer probability is either 0 or 1. One thing I learnt after many rejections is to not play the mind games with yourself. Right now I try to tell myself to focus on the work and avoid questioning whether I'm succeeding or being rewarded - I think it makes the hustle easier. Good luck, hope this helps.

Another data point: 40 people 6 given offers, this was at a bulge bracket superday.
