Switching Emails Mid Recruitment
I'm switching emails from my university email to a personal email. Will this ever be a problem for referrals?

Is there a reason you need to switch? A lot of the referrals end up tied to your account, which is linked to your email. New email = totally new account
You can switch after you land something (HR will usually make you re-apply, or fill out a new contact form) but I would not rock the boat right now
I was going to use some CRM software to streamline my cold emailing process and it only works as a google extension. Thanks for the advice though, I"ll stick to outlook.
