Target Diversity but no first rounds

I'm a diversity student at a target and am extremely late to the party. Is there any thing I can do now to land an IB SA 2025 offer? Ik it's pretty late for BB/EB but am I cooked completely?

Just do it the old fashioned way, it’s not like diversity candidates ONLY get in through the accelerated rounds. If you are good you will get looks and first rounds but you have to stand out without banking on the diversity buffer. I was a diversity candidate that learned about the process after these programs (years ago) and went the “old fashioned way” with networking and such and did just fine landing an offer. Sure im still some may discredit my outcome and say I still only got it bc I am diversity, but honestly it feels better to know I did it the “right” way.
