Tips for building rapport in the first round interview?
I am looking for some tips on building rapport during the first round interview. I strongly believe if the interviewer likes you on a personal level it greatly increases your odds of getting hired. Any tips on what is appropriate/good tactics for finance interviews with boutiques.
