Transitioning from Big 4 Ops Consulting to Big 4 Strategy
Hi all,
How hard is it to move from a Big 4's operations consulting practice (e.g. PwC/Deloitte/EY/KPMG MC) into their strategy teams (Strategy&/Monitor Deloitte/EY-Parthenon/KPMG Strategy)? I'm assuming since there is some onselling of work (e.g. S& develops a strategy & PwC Implementation/Ops take it forward), there may be some opportunities to build relationships and eventually pivot over?
Has anyone successfully done so/know instances of it happening?
