Transitioning from daytrading to?

Little backstory, went to work at a daytrading firm(think firms like SMB capital) after I finished lawschool. We do pretty oldschool manual daytrading in stocks, no quantative algorithmic strategies or anything like that.

I am now looking at other career opportunities because my results weren't good the last few years and mainly because some real shady stuff is going on at our company at the top. Agreements that haven't been honoured,

multiple investigations from the authorities and justice into certain people at the company, other staff was only informed months  or even longer after because word got out to the public. I think this is extremely unethical because it also reflects on the reputation of other people that are working at the firm.

I am in my mid thirties and looking for other career opportunities, I would like to stay in the investment world but other industries could be interesting also.

I hope you guys could bring some insight and wisdom into my situation  and give me some advice/suggestions.

Thanks in advance
