Trouble finding an internship for next summer as a rising sophomore.
I have barely been able to locate any internships in IB or any type of finance for summer 2025 as a sophomore. Every company has a "must graduate in/before June 2026" and I don't graduate college till 2027. Is it worth pursuing an internship? My parents said to not worry about it and just work a normal summer job, yet I am very invested in my future and want to break into the world of finance as soon as possible.
Look at the kids at your school doing ib and see where they interned soph summer.
