Hi All,
I have an upcoming turnaround consulting interview with a restructuring shop (Alix, FTI, A&M). The role is for a post MBA opportunity and I do not have a background in restructuring. Can anyone suggest any good materials to read up on? I have read through and found several resources for the banking side (primers from Jefferies, Buying & Selling the Distressed Company from Houlihan Lokey) but haven't seen much on the turnaround side or more broadly bankruptcy.
