I’ve been applying for jobs since December (finally accepted this month) but the job market is significantly better now than before, and really started to hear back from companies in the last two months (even rejections) whereas in the beginning it was radio silence. I had every career page bookmarked and would check every day. I really believe it’s improving and much better than the beginning of the year for sure
