Use your networking email on applications

Might be self explanatory, but important to know: use your school email to apply to internships. Even if the application instructs you to use your personal email, so you include your school email as an alternative/secondary email. HR doesn't match your profile with your secondary email, meaning that any support you garner on your candidacy doesn't show up when they send out rounds of interviews if you apply with your personal. Heard this recently as people that were really going to bat for me couldn't find my application. Hope this helps people that were struggling to get first rounds.
