Valuation Advisory at Small Firm or CRE Analyst Program at BB

Hello all,

I'm currently in BO and have been reading WSO for a little over a year trying to learn as much as I could to break out of BO. I think I have two pretty good offers to do that now one is as a valuations analyst at a boutique advisory firm with potential exposure to PE deals. The other opportunity is a 3yr analyst program in commercial real estate underwriting at a large bank.

What do the exit opps look like for either of these roles? Base comp is similar. How would things like potential comp, hours, bonuses, and job satisfaction differ?

Thanks in advance.
