Waiting for an email. Should I call instead?
Hey guys.
Just a quick query. I sent a cold email to a VC firm 2 days ago for internship opportunities and they replied the next day, saying they wanted to take on an intern and what my availability was. I sent a reply back minutes later telling them my availability, and that was almost 2 days ago and still no reply.
Im the kind that gets impatient/excited/nervous with this kind of stuff. Should I be a bit bold and call them up? Or is that shooting myself in the foot?
Thanks!
Don't get hung up on this one company, the key to cold e-mailing is sheer numbers. Give this a couple more days then e-mail them to follow up. If they don't respond - fuck them - move on. I am in the same boat as you right now. Good luck!
Thanks SZ. You're on the money. Best of luck to you too!
