Wall street Companies that are actually on wall street

None of the BBs, and I believe no boutiques are actually on wall street. All BBs are either in Tribeca or midtown (same with boutiques), the largest hedge funds are all in midtown, lower east side, or in Connecticut. So what wall street companies are actually on wall street?

Yeah obviously. I'm just wondering if any companies are actually located there. All HFs, BBs, EBs, MFs, etc are all located in midtown, tribeca, lower east side, but not actually wall street.

Are you in high school? Wall Street is a simple metonymy for high finance in NYC or even the Northeast

Okay but how many high finance companies are actually high all the time?

Oppenheimer and Cantor are the two largest after Deutsche Bank left in the past year. Some smaller boutiques are in the area with two V20 law firms that I can’t remember the names of.

Citi and RBC are right by near Battery Park City and Goldman slightly north of that. Think some other MM banks are in that area near the WTC.
