Wall street Companies that are actually on wall street

None of the BBs, and I believe no boutiques are actually on wall street. All BBs are either in Tribeca or midtown (same with boutiques), the largest hedge funds are all in midtown, lower east side, or in Connecticut. So what wall street companies are actually on wall street?

Yeah obviously. I'm just wondering if any companies are actually located there. All HFs, BBs, EBs, MFs, etc are all located in midtown, tribeca, lower east side, but not actually wall street.

I’ve heard from somewhere that it is a lot of data centers and HFT stuff. They want to be physically closer to the exchange to reduce latency.

The NYSE data center isn't physically located at Wall St & Broad St, It's actually based on Mahwah New Jersey. High frequency trading firms like Citadel, Jump, Jane St rent server space in this Mahwah location to execute high frequency trades.

The actual NYSE trading floor doesn't really handle trades anymore, except for maybe TV coverage and some ceremonial stuff ever since equity trading has been completely electronified over the last 2-3 decades.
