Wealth Management Internship for future IB
I have an opportunity for an off-cycle wealth management internship for this Winter coming up. I eventually want to branch off into IB after getting my masters. I basically have free reign to pick whatever department I want (nepotism is a bitch). Basically I would like to know what departments would be suggested for someone looking for IB in the future whether it be research or something more client-facing?
Also, I know wealth management is NOT the best transition into IB but I got a late start at a four year and I'm taking any internship I can get....
