Weiss vs Bridgewater vs DE Shaw vs Bracebridge

Have offers at all four, leaning towards more fundamental vs macro so maybe weiss/de shaw. Can someone compare the two / maybe all four, what returns look like, and what ones have best rep for FT? Is there a no brainer choice here?

weiss got fairly low return rate + much smaller fund. r they really that good over these other guys?

Low return rate because they’re really taking the best in addition to a sophomore program (which can still convert although rarer) and smaller fund but with similar fee structure to C/P72 so comp is not a problem. Only problem is Boston
