Hi all, interested in hearing some thoughts on the following.
I have done about 8 interviews for a lateral role. Thought things went well, I have relevant exp, and thought my technical and market knowledge as good. It has now been a week since the final set of interviews.
HR's response to my query for an update has been "haven't made a decision yet as we are still finishing the interviewing process"
Thoughts? - I am thinking it's going to be a no, albeit delayed.
8 interviews? Is this the CIA?
HR, interview 1, interview 2, then a day of 5 shorter interviews.
