What do you think my odds are for IB offer?

Hi, I'm currently recruiting for IB SA 2021, however, I'm getting nervous to what my true odds of getting an internship in the field are. At this point, many of my friends have already gotten offers, but I seem to be trailing behind. Here are my stats: - Target(ish): NYU/EMORY/GEORGETOWN/NOTREDAME - GPA: 3.79 -** Internship Experience:** IB one summer, Asset Management the other -** Extra curricular involvement: **Some pre-professional stuff + part time non business job

What do you believe are my true chances

Yeah I agree with other posters on how this is a weird combo of schools. IMO Georgetown and Stern are in completely different leagues IB recruiting wise than Notre Dame or Emory. Gtown or Nyu (Stern) will be much easier than the other 2 semi-targets you mentioned.

Ok, so you're not target(ish) you're at a pretty good target school whether you're at Georgetown or at Stern. You have pretty decent GPA, so I would think you would have no problem getting a banking role at either school at least at a mid-tier BB. I think you may go to Stern because from what I hear, many people at Stern who recruit successfully for IB have part-time finance jobs in NYC. If you're at Gtown, then I can't think of a reason you haven't gotten any positive news unless you've shown up drunk to networking events or something like that.

Notre Dame is far closer to NYU Stern and Georgetown than it is to Emory. It's criminally underrated on this site because it's located in the Midwest but it places amazing for IB.
