What happens if you don't get a return offer?
I am a junior, graduating in May 2021.
I just landed a front office summer analyst position at a well-known bank. Rotations for the internship can potentially include Sales & Trading, Debt Capital Markets, and Equity Research, and I will rotate through 2 of them. If offered, I would definitely want to FT with them.
However, if I don't get a return offer, where does that put me? Am I screwed for finding a FT position in a similar front office field? Or will that experience help me land a FT front office position?
