I'm still waiting for a position I interviewed for in November. I was recently notified that I was still in the running so I'm not sweating it. I'm comfortable in m current position and it has a lot of room for growth.
When is it acceptable to reach out to HR and ask for feedback if ever?
After you apply, you should usually hear back within 3 weeks if they want to interview you. This can vary though depending on the size of the firm.
After an interview, you should be following up a week to two weeks after if they haven't sent you an update. Obviously, there will be exceptions to this. If it's been a month I'd say more than likely they passed on you.
