What should I do next

I am a 2nd year analyst in LevFin at a bulge bracket bank. I am struggling to figure out what I want to do next and, quiet frankly, do not really know what my options are. I know I do not want to go into PE given the time commitment but was hoping that someone could walk me through some alternative routes within finance (and maybe even outside of finance if anyone found some interesting job postings).

Thanks!
