What to disclose in Interview
I have an interview for a summer interview at an equity research company in a week and a half. I am a rising junior, but I was first forced to miss the first semester of my sophomore year due to family financial issues. I am still on track to graduate on time and have a very strong academic record other than the missed semester. I am struggling to figure out if I should bring it up/how I should during the interview, especially since they have not asked for my transcript. I spent the missing semester working, but it was not really relevant experience. Any Advice?
Doesn't sound too bad. Just say you had to work to pay tuition.
