Perhaps this is a dumb question, but I have never had a phone interview. I've always been hired in the past by going straight to an in-person interview and nailing it there. What kind of questions do they ask in a phone interview?

In my experience, a phone interview is basically the same as an in-person interview.
Yea, it's basically the same but I think they expect less in terms of answers they will be willing to recommend.
