what types of experience is best for mbb recruiting and internships?

rising sophomore, who just pivoted to consulting focus, also heavily interested in vc, but seeing as vc is a more later in life career opp, not sure how valuable going for vc focused internship & resume experiences are when recruiting next year for mbb/big4/t2  internshpis and then full-time for mbb the year after. any advie on what ecs best stand out? in the end a resume is 1 page and i have to convey the most i can on it, and i'm currently empty in terms of finance/consulting/business experience, and have a decent chunk of leadership across scattered industries due to my major in life science and past premed focus, so aiming to grind out this sophomore year before internshpi recruting, and following that till ft recruiting to gain industry experience, so is VC experience (scouting/internship) good looking for mbb? or should I aim to just land consulting-related experience.
