When do you get your bonus?
You basically start working when half the year is over. Arent bonuses based on yearly performance? When are they paid out to 1st year Analysts?

A lot of smart people say don't fight the Fed... my view on taxes is don't fight rationality or your beliefs on what is right or wrong. Just slowly bend over, take it, and hope that its over soon. 39.6% federal, 7.5% NY state, 3% Medicare, 3.5% NY State, and 6% of your first 110k for Social Security. And don't forget the property taxes, 8-9% sales tax, 20% capital gains tax, 3.8% Obamacare tax on capital gains, 20% dividend tax, and all of the others. I just accept the fact that I should be content if I have enough left over to drink PBR, eat lots of steak, and watch college sports in HD.
