When to negotiate compensation?
I was verbally offered a role (as well as compensation) and told to expect a written offer soon.
Should I send an email while I wait for the written offer to negotiate or would this put them off and I should wait to receive the written offer instead? Also wondering if i should negotiate over a call or over email.
