Where can I hire a lateral analyst
Looking to fill a lateral analyst for my group but note sure how to approach this. any tips would be appreciated. Bank is a pretty niche boutique (Allen & Co/LionTree/Qatalyst type firm)

I can't tell if this is a troll post but there are several analysts that have been laid off and at least one thread a day on someone asking how to lateral. I'm expecting a lot of people to respond to this thread asking you to not be anon so they can PM you about how good of a candidate they are.
In sum, the pool is wide and it won't be hard to find a good lateral analyst in this climate.

It just seems odd that someone who has a minimum of three years would not know anything about finding a hire for an open position. Also why wouldn't you just communicate with your MD about this? I'm sure they'd know right?
