Which Diversity / Women Programs are still open for the Class of 2022?
Title. New to the game. Was wondering if there's still any diversity programs still accepting applications, if I'm looking for a summer analyst gig in 2021? Thanks so much!
All are closed, if I'm not mistaken (I'm doing the Goldman undergrad one, so I've kept up with deadlines). Most of the programs that are allowing people to still join are the online "discovery" programs, where you learn about the banks with tons of other people watching on Zoom. Also, Goldman has coffee chats online + info sessions for all of their programs (not just IBD), so I'd recommend looking into those.
Aw damn. These deadlines are so quick. Would you recommend any other ways to set myself apart for 2021 SA being a diversity candidate?
