Which way to go with this Resume?

I'm 26. Graduated with a BA from UPenn. Since graduation been working in real estate acquisitions, finance, development for large real estate firms in NYC. But I feel I hit a dead end. No longer passionate about RE. Not much future at my current job. Looking for something more exciting, fast-paced, global focus. I don't think my current job makes use of my strongest skills:
-great social skills
-communication skills, both written and oral
-fluent in four languages
-excellenet memory
-passion for global affairs
-born and raised in S America

Anyway, which way to go? I have no idea if I should be targeting banking, consulting, research? Also, what, realistically, do I have a chance at breaking into.

My resume attached, minus specific private info.

Very much appreciate any feedback.
