Who is hiring right now?
Currently at a small regional boutique, but would like to move to NYC to be in closer proximity to my family who all reside in the NE (been 1000+ miles away from them for more than 1 & 1/2 years). I have closed multiple M&A deals ranging from $20MM - $90MM and am on some other active deals. I have not been on this site for a bit since I have been busy with current deal flow so am unsure about where current hiring stands. I am not really even trying to lateral to a better bank, just looking for a boutique with a better WLB (currently averaging ~90 hours a week, but the salary is great for a low COL city) in NYC. Ideally a MM is where I would like to be, but do not want to waste time if it truly is a horrendous market right now
