Why do some recruiters do phone interviews while others do in-person interviews?
When you go to an interview, all you do is talk. You can talk on the phone too. Why don't all recruiters just make a phone interview with candidates instead of having them commute all that way just to talk for 15 minutes, and then have them commute back home?
