Will Quant/HFT firm noncompetes affect my ability to obtain a job?

Hey y'all. New grad here set to start working as a SWE in a few months. I'm planning to work at my company for a few years and then attempt to crack a position as a quant at JaneStreet, DE Shaw, Citadel, 2Sigma, etc. The thing is, right now I'm currently working on developing my own automated trading system as a side project. I'm gonna start by putting only a little bit of my own money, but depending on how successful it is, I'm gonna start a fund (LLC) and put a lot more in it and pool in some friends' money into the it. Would I have to close this fund if I accepted an offer from one of these companies?
