Will virtual interns this summer get staffed / insight on live deals?
Title says it all. Curious to know what people think about this, especially if a bank does not provide company laptops for confidentiality...
My BB said no, but will be focusing more on Business Development stuff if "live" work.
Can you be more specific about what Business Development entails and how to prepare for it? I'm in a competitive group and expecting a low return offer rate.
I unfortunately don't know specifics as was just saying what I was told but stuff that is more strategic, pitching, using public information I'm guessing?
highly doubtful. many BBs, including mine, are not giving out group placements. it seems to be a very training-based virtual program without much analyst/associate interaction for interns
