Will you SMASH my resume too??

First I just want to thank everyone at WSO and its members! WSO has quickly became one of my favorite websites(Morning Brew is great). I have learned so much from certain posts and have gained way more information here about IB then any other resource I have been exposed to. Looking at you SUNY. Well anyways I am writing this post today in hopes of a few professionals willing to critique my resume, and maybe offer their suggestions for how I should continue my internship hunt for this summer.

Basically I come from the non traditional background, think dairy farms in the country upstate NY. Seeing my father work long hours farming has given me a solid work ethic and being poorish(low middle class) till recently has made me financially minded. After unfortunate not working towards any real path even till after high school, finally within the last three years came to my senses and have been focused on my banking career path. The last year I have been focused on IB. I transferred back to University and after a year it is time for me to get a junior internship. I have applied to 400+ firms with some positive responses a lot more declines and two phone interviews, but no final offers.

I now am focusing on Alumni, and sense then two Alumni from BB firms suggested I rework my resume before sending out anymore applications. So I have taken their advice and here I am to ask for a couple more professional opinions from the best finance professionals I know! If I could have a couple comments on what to change, and your overall opinion of my resume, I would owe you all big time. I am new here and this might be annoying so please vent your frustrations if you have them! Thank you all.
