Worked two jobs while at firm?

So, I've been working at my firm for 3 years now and when I initially started I kept my old job. I've been double-dipping for three years in these two positions until now since I'm moving to FO. In all these years, nothing was ever questioned. No one ever asked and my initial background checks then cleared while working both jobs. My old job was non-FINRA and my current job is in operations. I filled my pre-employment form, however, I omitted and lied about my end date at my old job. It's been a few months now since my background check started and still no word?? Should I go back to HR and clear things up or wait it out? Am I screwed? How about for my FINRA U4 when I officially file that?

LOL. SAAS sales required me to literally work 1 hour a week from home. No travel during COVID. It was an extra $200k/year on top of my MO position at the firm. Now, I'm scared if compliance will uncover as I move to FO

I'm not in S&T but my guess would be HR wouldn't love you working 2 roles. I wouldn't tell them and I wouldn't resign either job until you get the FO position. When you do, take your winnings and resign from the old job. I personally don't see a problem with what you did but potentially there is a compliance issue especially if the jobs are in 2 firms but coming forward now wont help you.

Edit: just saw they are in same firm, literally I can see no problem at all you can probably keep SAAS job if you like.
