Zero email responses

Didn’t get a return and started to send emails for networking, had decent responses last cycle, (sending 8:30-11:30 am) M-F, emails are also personalized, and usually alumni. However I am getting zero responses out of the 80 plus I have sent over the last few weeks. I have shown them to others and they said they are alright, and I used the same format last recruiting cycle with much better results.

Getting close to giving up and not sure what to do at this point. Feels worthless spending hours writing emails in firms I am interested in.

My advise, install one of those trackers that sees if someone opened your email or not. If they’re not even reading it, it’s not you and no matter what the email said they would ignore.

The ones where someone reads it 1-2 times, those are the ones you might want to adjust what you say or how you come off.
