No worries.... normally it takes some time to answer, in any case prepare for an interview marathon.
I had this interview on Oct 30th, still didn't hear from them. Best luck for both of us!
Any response yet?
I received my offer yesterday for the position

If I work middle office for the summer, how well will it set me up for a 2nd tier management consulting or IB. There's still some other options open for me but JP requires an answer tonight and I don't know if I should take the risk and reject this offer.
It's in New York so I'll get a chance to network and prepare for interviews over the summer.
hey not sure if you accepted the offer or not but I recently just accepted the same offer for summer 2016. If you did accept, would it be possible for me to ask you some questions about the program??
JPM Summer Financial Analyst Development Program (No OCR.. Still worth applying?) (Originally Posted: 01/18/2013)
Hi All,
I recently just applied for this program online as I go to a non target where JPM does not recruit on campus. That said, I submitted an application for a division which is recruited for by similar BB firms (think GS/MS). Is the online application a black hole? Is there any chance for me?
Appreciate any input.
FWIW, I've landed quite a few interviews through online applications, although they have primarily been with prop shops, which are historically more forgiving. That said, I was contacted by a BB today for an interview with a division I didn't even apply online for (I applied for other divisions online). Anything is possible as long as you send out a ton of applications.
I applied for this as well. Think of it as doing "corporate finance" for a firm in the financial industry.
I applied on the day of the deadline. Hoping to hear back.
This is definitely still worth applying for. I have heard first hand from BB recruiters that they sift through online applications. I'm sure they filter by GPA so... If your GPA is right it doesn't matter if you are from a "target" (I'm sure it helps if your school is at least on the map). Then they will at least look at your resume and as a bonus your cover letter. I asked if cover letters were read and they gave me a resounding yes! They said they were a pain to read but it still gives you an edge if you write a good one. A friend of mine had family friends at 3 BB not including the one he chanced to apply online (So he applied to 4 places total). The online application ended up giving him an offer. The funny part is he denied GS because of their low intern retention rate. Good call... no one needs that stress.
This post is extremely annoying. If you are already questioning yourself before you even gave them a chance to respond, you're probably not going to get it. Based on what you said, yeah its probably a "black hole". But common sense would tell you to apply anyway, which you did, and hopefully they will get back to you. However, at the end of the day you are going to have to get more creative about obtaining offers rather than just applying and calling it a black hole. Stop wasting time doubting and questioning yourself, and take that energy and figure out how to make yourself better. No great man ever doubted himself.
Apologies that this annoyed you.
