Any clubs/dance places open in nyc right now?
Hello, I’m just curious if anything is open where one can dance (non electronic music). There are a few places in ktown (eh places) where you can dance but i guess I’m looking for more options. I recently started dating again and although the dates have been fun and all, I miss being able to go drunk dancing (always ends up in some really good sex afterwards)

Maru has a lounge with music (havent gone post pandemic but it has been reopened, you need to show vaccine card) it was actually pretty decent pre pandemic had a lot of good dates and good food afterwards. Besides that uh I don’t know the names but there are a few other “karaoke” bars on the same street that are like lounges but pretty shit

Lot of stuff in Brooklyn (Bushwick, East Williamsburg), but mostly techno. I know some other stuff is open again in Manhattan as well (Escondido, Hotel Chantelle, Bowery Electric). Seems like the general trend is to re-open as normal for people who have been vaccinated and have their card / the Excelsior pass
Everyone open eg noir phd catch etc. basically no restrictions once inside
