Any eye supplements recommendations?
Been staring at the monitors forever. Curious if anyone has any health, food based eye supplements to recommend.

I put eye drops in every couple hours because mine dry out and turn red. I use the biotrue ones and sometimes the lumify eye drops in the morning
I heard using too many eye drops are unhealthy
depends on your specific condition, my doctor said totally fine 2-3 times a day because my eyes quite literally turn red after 3 hours of looking at a computer.
Mama always said carrots help your eyes… dim that screen after hours + night shift + increase font/zoom
been wearing blue light glasses but idk if they're just a gimmick, although my eyes do hurt less and there's less strain.
Dim monitors. Also use sunglasses outside if it’s sunny, and don’t blast your eyes with light when you wake up. I also replaced all the lights in my apartment that were LED with yellow or red bulbs
