Anybody a Member of Equinox Gym?
I have a question for you - open the app:
1. Click on your initials in the top left corner
2. Click on the Basic Info tab below your name
3. Scroll to the bottom
4. Under Membership Details, does it say Email, Status, Penalties?

It says Penalties at the bottom for you?
Yes. Don’t know what those are for to be honest. I’m sure they slid something into the membership agreement that I didn’t read.

I think penalties are when you sign up for a class and don’t check in.
